This dish will surprise more than one, the varied texture of the mushrooms and feta cheese mix make a great combo. It is creamy, crunchy and gooey. When you're done cooking this dish, you can pop the bottle of cava back out of the fridge and sip yourself dry.
Step 1: Pre-het your oven at 180°C
Step 2: Empty the mushrooms of their stalks and create a pits for the mix. Keep the insides of 3-4 mushrooms aside. Try to think of creative ways to use the rest, don't waste!!
Step 3: Chop the 3-4 mushroom insides finely. Chop the garlic finely. Roughly chop the parsley.
Step 4: Break up the feta cheese with a splash of cava or white wine.
Step 5: Add the mushrooms, garlic and parsley to the feta cheese mix. You might want to add a dazzle of olive oil and salt. Mix well.
Step 6: Stuff the mushroom heads with the cheese mix and pop into the oven. Cook for 10-15 Minutes. Use a fork to prod the mushrooms to know when cooked. The colour should be charred.
